“The past is never dead, it’s not even past”

1. What does this quote mean to you?

This quote doesn’t mean anything to me, because the past is the past and we have to accept that and move one with our lives.

2. How does this connect to the wave?

It connects back to when they started the wave, they wish inever started well laurie does.

3. American History?

On September 11 the twin towers people still have memorial days which is ok but we cant go to far just days like that is good enough.

1. Have you ever been forced to join something against your own will?

No but my parents have told me to do something against my own will.

2. How should we behave of we see someone being taunted or bullied by a group of people?

We should atleast try to help in a way.

3. Should we try to get involed or intervene?

I would intervene because if its being bullied we should tell them the right thing to do.

Do you agree?

I disagree because you can’t forget something that happened so fast only after a while when new generations start people will start to forget about the past and think into the future.  For example, when the twin towers blew up people still have memorials on the day that it happened.

Should we try to forget evil events, and trust in the goodness of human nature?

Well like I said before it’s hard to forget about bad or evil things that has happened to our world.  But we should still trust in our human nature and what we do for it to occur.

Is evil and outside force, or are we all capable of evil acts?

I think that we are all capable of evil acts because the people that start these acts were and still are people like us.  Like in The Wave, Adolf Hitler hides underground for many of the years during WW2 because so many people wanted him dead.  But finally he couldn’t take the running and hiding so Adolf Hitler shot himself in the head and his wife with a pistol on April 30, 1945, shortly before the invading Soviet Army captured his bunker in Berlin.  Here is a site that says so.

Power Corrupts, Absolute power, corrupts absolutely.

              I agree to this statment because if someone has power they would use it, violently if necesary.  For example the

US President has lots of power and can bomb up Iraq because he doesn’t like their country, and he has the power to

do this.  People shouldn’t be given too much power because eight out of ten times they will probably miss use there power

to do what they want, but as i said before it is an example!

I Learned About……How our earth is evolvingHow people teach children about boring stuff and not what is really happening to the world around them. 

I Daydreamed About…….My new bike that was coming on Sunday.My best friend is leaving to Real Madrid for his dad’s work and he will play soccer there in the club.Hoping our next swiming lesson won’t be a cold experience. 

I Wanted to Say…….That my poem was based on a song but felt it wasn’t neccessary More information about the video that we watched but couldn’t write everything that was given. 

Today In Class………                                                      26/02/08We Talked About…….A girl in Hawaii that is interested in global warming which is a very big project that a group called global issues and they work on trying to help the environment.On how to make a google account and what you can do with it.Other blogs from seventh grade that Mr. R said were very good. I Learned That……..Many people all over the world are trying to help with global warming, I thought no one cares but obviously not.How to make a google account. 

I Daydreamed About……..Lindsea, the girl in Hawaii and she is only 16 and shes helping a lot with global warming.Thursday when my friends are gonna come over.Playing soccer for Real Madrid I Wanted to Say……….That Mr. R wasn’t making any sense with making the google account, but didn’t because I thought he think that I’m stupid.

Sorry to hear about little michael our darling youngest son

He could even say the alphabet, I enjoyed our laughter and fun

I feel like my brain is about to explode and everything around me

My life is so horrible over here, especially with all the suicides and bad salary
